Show sent messages

  1. On the home page of the SPEDION App, select Messages.
  2. Select Outbox.
  3. Select the desired message.
  4. Optional: Select Reply to write a new message.
  5. Optional: Select Delete to delete this message.

Grey check mark
 The message is sent.
Two grey check marks
 The message has been delivered.
Two blue check marks
 Message has been read.


Save messages

Loss of non-favorite messages

Messages that are not favorites will be deleted after logging out.
You should therefore favorite all important messages that you would like to be able to access after logging in again.

  • Option 1: In the Outbox, tap the grey star next to the message you want to save.
  • Option 2: In the Outbox, tap on the desired message. Tap on the three dots at the top right and select Favorite.

Favorite messages are marked with an orange star.
