General information about live videos
- Both cameras (facing the road and the driver's cab) stream live for 30 seconds each. After that, you have the option to continue the live video.
- No sound is transmitted during live videos.
- As soon as a live video is started, this is visually indicated to the driver on the dashcam screen.
Prerequisite
The dashcam must be online. When the dashcam is online, a green dot is displayed next to the camera icon.
Watch live video
The dashcam is online.
- Click on Devices (1).
- Click on the desired dashcam (2).
- Select the desired lens (3).
- Optional: To continue watching the live video, click Continue watching.
You can view both perspectives side by side:
To do this, click on both lenses in turn.
View live video on the map
You can also view live videos directly from the map view.

- Click on Maps.
- Click on the dashcam you want.
- Select the lens you want (3).
