Enable data roaming

Via SPEDION Securemode

If SPEDION Mobile Control is active on your Android device, you must allow setting changes and enable roaming. For more information, please refer to the SPEDION Mobile Control manual (Control SMC via the SPEDION App).

1. On the SPEDION App home screen, select More features.
   
2. Swipe from right to left.
3. Select Tools.
4. Select Workshop.
5. Select Securemode setup.
6. Enter the PIN for access control.

7. Select Ok.
8. Select Roaming Control.
9. Activate the function Data roaming.

Via the device settings

If SPEDION Securemode is not installed on your Android device, you can disable data roaming directly via the device settings:

1. Swipe down from the top edge of the screen.
2. Select the gear icon in the top right corner.
3. Now follow the steps relevant to your Android version:

Android 5

1. Select More settings.
2. Select Mobile networks.
3. Tick the box next to the function Data roaming.
4. Select OK.

Android 6

1. Select Mobile networks.
2. Activate the function Data roaming.

Android 7 and higher

1. Select Connections.
2. Select Mobile networks.
3. Activate the function Data roaming.
