Install TeamViewer QuickSupport

With the TeamViewer update for Android 15, you must make the following settings:

  1. On the SPEDION App home screen, open More featuresExternal applications.
  2. Select Teamviewer 15.
  3. Select Agree and continue.
  4. Select Skip.
  5. Select Allow.
  6. Select Settings.
  7. Activate the switch next to QuickSupport (1).
  8. Tap the arrow in the top left corner (2).
  9. Tap the gear icon in the top right corner to open the settings.
  10. Select Permissions.
  11. Select Remote Control Feature.
  12. Select Install.

The settings of the Android device are opened.
Alternatively: Swipe down once from the top of the screen and tap the gear icon. Select Apps → QuickSupport → Install unknown apps.


11. Activate Allow permission.

12. Reopen the QuickSupport App and select Install..

13. Select Install.

14. Select Done.

15. Select Enable Universal add-On.

The settings of the Android device are opened.
Alternatively: Reopen the settings on your Android device and select Accessibility.

  1. Select Installed apps.

  2. Select TeamViewer Universal Add-On.

  3. Select Close.

  4. Open the menu item AppsTeamViewer Universal Add-On.

  5. Tap the three dots.

  6. Tap Allow restricted settings.

  7. Open the menu item AccessibilityInstalled apps.

  8. Select TeamViewer Universal Add-On.

  9. Activate the switch next to "Off".

  10. Select Allow.

  11. Switch back from the settings to the QuickSupport app and check that On is displayed under "Enable Universal add-on".

  12. Tap the left arrow in the top left corner until the QuickSupport app's home screen reappears.
    On the start screen, you will see the ID that you can pass on to support so that they can access your Android device.
