Permanently remove from device

To permanently remove SPEDION Mobile Control from your Android device, you must remove the corresponding vehicle from the "SPEDION Mobile Control" group and then deactivate SPEDION as a device administrator app.

Remove vehicle from the "SPEDION Mobile Control" group

You have permissions to access administration in SPEDIONline.

1. Open SPEDIONline.
2. Select Administration.

A menu bar with icons opens.

3. Select the gear icon (vehicle configuration).

The vehicle configuration opens.

4. Select Edit in the SPEDION Mobile Control vehicle configuration group.

The selected vehicle configuration group opens.

5. Click on the vehicles you want to remove.
6. Click on the < arrow.
7. Confirm your selection with Save.

Disable SMC on device

Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 1

1. Log out of the SPEDION app and log back in.
2. Open the device settings on your device.
3. Select General.
4. Click Device Security.
5. Click Device Administrator.
6. Select the SPEDION app.

A new window will open.

7. Click Deactivate.

Samsung Galaxy TabActive 2+3

1. Log out of the SPEDION app and log back in.
2. Open the device settings on your device.
3. Select Biometric and security.
4. Click Other security settings.
5. Click Device administrator apps.
6. Select the SPEDION app.

A new window will open.

7. Click Deactivate.

Samsung Galaxy TabActive 5

1. Log out of the SPEDION app and log back in.
2. Open the device settings on your device.
3. Select Security and privacy.
4. Click Additional security settings.
5. Click Device admin apps.
6. Select the SPEDION app.

A pop-up window will open.

7. Click Deactivate.
