Temporarily disable

For certain settings on the end device, it is necessary to temporarily deactivate SPEDION Mobile Control. By temporarily deactivating SPEDION Mobile Control, the data of an app can be deleted, for example.

Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 1

1. Allow device settings.
2. Select the Allow device administrator deactivation function.
3. Open the device settings on the end device.
4. Select General.
5. Click Device security.
6. Click Device administrator.
7. Select the SPEDION app.

A new window will open.

8. Click Deactivate.

Samsung Galaxy TabActive 2+3

1. Allow device settings.
2. Select the Allow device administrator deactivation function.
3. Open the device settings on the end device.
4. Select Biometric Data and Security.
5. Click Other security settings.
6. Click Device administrator.
7. Select the SPEDION app.

A new window will open.

8. Click Deactivate.

Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 5

1. Allow device settings.
2. Select the Allow device administrator deactivation function.
3. Open the device settings on the end device.
4. Select Security and Privacy.
5. Click More security settings.
6. Click Device administrator.
7. Select the SPEDION app.

A new window will open.

8. Click Deactivate.

Reactivate SPEDION Mobile Control

1. Log out and log back in to the SPEDION app.

A new window will open.
