Send message
- On the home page of the SPEDION App, select Messages.
- Select Write.
- Optional: Select the desired recipient under + (1).
Select specific receivers
If configured accordingly, the recipient can be changed here using the +. If this function is not activated, you can only send messages to the central office.
- Write your desired text.
- Select Send message (2) to send the message.
Alternatively: If you want to discard the message, select Delete message (3).
You can find sent messages in Outbox.
Add attachment
- Tap on the bracket icon (5).
- Select the desired attachment.

| Drawing | You can create a drawing here. Under Colour you can choose between different colours. Tap Revert to delete the last line drawn. Tap Delete to delete the entire drawing. Tap Ok to attach the drawing to the message. |

| Scan document | You can scan a document here. |
Insert position data
- Tap the location icon (4).
- Select the desired location.
- Select Ok.
Use template
Insert a predefined template into the message field:
- On the home page of the SPEDION App, select Messages.
- Select Use message template.
- Select your desired template.
- Optional: Complete the message.
- Select Send message to send the message.
Missing symbols due to individual configuration
Due to the individual configuration of your scope of services, it is possible that some icons are not displayed on your Android device as described here.
