Create and use message templates

You can use message templates when sending messages in SPEDIONline.

Module messages:
In the Messages module, click on Compose > Message templates.

Cockpit:
In the cockpit, click on the message icon and then on the template icon.

Create new template

1. In the Messages module, click on Compose > Message templates or in the Cockpit on the message icon > template icon.
2. Click on New message template.
3. Enter Name (1), Language (2) and Text (5) of the template.
   
4. Optional: Click in the Quick Selection (3) field and add vehicles/drivers as recipients.
5. Optional: Tick the box next to Grant access for my colleagues to use this template (4) to make the template available to other SPEDIONline users in your company.
6. Click on Save (6).

Use template

1. In the Messages module, click on Compose > Message templates or in the Cockpit on the message icon > template icon.
2. Select the desired template.
   

Edit template

1. In the Messages module, click on Compose > Message templates or in the Cockpit on the message icon > template icon.
2. Click on Edit message templates.
3. Select the desired template from the list on the right.
4. Make the desired changes.
5. Click on Save.
6. Alternatively: To delete the selected message template, click on the delete icon in the top right-hand corner.
