In the messages module
Messages list
In the Messages module, all sent and received messages are displayed in the messages list.
- Received messages are displayed in red.
- Sent messages are displayed in blue.
You have various options for searching or filtering the messages:

| 1 | Click in the input field Quick Selection and enter the desired vehicle, driver, user or group. |
| 2 | Click in the Search Message Text field and enter the desired search terms. |
| 3 | Click on Any time period and select the desired time period. |
| 4 | Click on All messages and select between Outbox, Inbox or Inbox / Unread. |
| 5 | Tick the box next to Private messages to display only private messages. |
| 6 | Tick the box next to Messages with attachments to only display messages that have an attachment. |
| 7 | Click on the Filter icon to reset all filters. |
Messages field
Here you can see the currently selected message.

|---|---|
| 1 | Mark this message as unread/read. To mark several messages as unread/read, use the button in the main bar. |
| 2 | Here you can reply to this message. |
| 3 | Here you can forward this message. |
| 4 | The time at which the message was sent, received and read is displayed here. |
| 5 | If the message is written in another language, you can translate the message here. |
| 6 | Here you can print this message. |
| 7 | This will take you to the Fleet module and you can view the vehicle details for the vehicle from which this message was sent. |
In the cockpit
- In the Fleet module, click on the desired vehicle.
- IIn the cockpit, click on the message icon.
- Click on the desired text message in the chat.
Three buttons are displayed.
