    Automatic replies (Out-of-office message)

    Article summary

    Automatic replies are only sent if you are entered as the direct recipient.
    If a message is sent to headquarters or a message group, the sender will not receive an automatic reply.

    Please note that you must always activate and deactivate the automatic replies by yourself.
    Your messages will not be forwarded.

    Enable automatic replies

    1. Open Settings > User Interface (1).
    2. Click on Messages (2).
    3. In the Automatic replies field, click Edit (3).
    4. Select Send automatic replies (1).
    5. Adjust the date and time (2).
    6. Customize the auto-reply text (3).
    7. Click Save (4).

    If Automatic replies are active, you will see blue arrows on the message icon.

    Disable automatic replies

    Automatic replies will be automatically deactivated after the specified time
    period.
    If you want to disable automatic replies manually, click Disable in the
    Messages menu item.
