Show vehicles (Quick Selection)
If you have more than 150 vehicles, no more vehicles will be displayed in the fleet overview in order to optimise loading times.
We recommend creating individual vehicle groups. You can then display these via the quick selection.
You can select individual vehicles or vehicle groups:
- Click in the Quick Selection field.
- Click on the desired vehicles/vehicle groups in the list one after the other.
- Alternative: Enter the desired vehicle PIN or the name of the vehicle group to find it more quickly.
Show all vehicles:
To display all vehicles in the fleet overview, select the vehicle group (alle) in the Quick Selection.
Filter selected vehicles by Geofence
To filter already selected vehicles according to a Geofence, you must select a Geofence or a Geofence group.
- Click in the Quick selection field.
- Click on the desired Geofence/Geofence group in the list.
- Alternative: Enter the desired Geofence or the name of the Geofence group to find it more quickly.
You will now see all vehicles from the selected vehicles/vehicle groups that are located in the selected Geofence/Geofence groups.
Remove all filters
Click on the X symbol in the quick selection.
No results displayed
If you do not see any vehicles after adding filters, none of the selected vehicles are in the selected Geofence.
Solution:
Add more vehicles or Geofences to the Quick Selection or remove all Geofences from the Quick Selection.
Columns - Show information about the vehicles
You can configure the view as you wish and show or hide columns.
Further information on column settings
Below you will find information on individual columns:
Vehicle type and cluster
The first column shows you which vehicle it is and whether it is in the driving cluster (= green) or in the stationary cluster (= red) according to the message.
Actuality of the data
The coloured squares show how up-to-date the data is.
- Top square = Message data
- Centre square = GPS data
- Bottom square = FMS data
Move the mouse over the squares to get more information.
A grey square means that no data is available.
Mark vehicles as favourites
Click on the star icon in the row of the desired vehicle to mark it as a favourite.
Favourites are listed first in the Fleet Overview.
Data source
Here you can see the data source from which the data for the vehicle's last message originates. Different icons are displayed depending on the data source.
If several icons are displayed, the first data source shown is the primary data source. If the primary data source fails, the data is obtained from the secondary source.
Please note that, depending on the type, the various data sources may not provide all the desired data.

The Telematics battery voltage tab shows the voltage of the battery in the connected SPEDION telematics device.
The Vehicle battery voltage tab shows the on-board voltage of the vehicle. Primary power supply of the connected SPEDION telematics device.
Values are not currently displayed here for all battery voltages.
Initially, you will only see the telematics battery voltage of the TailerBox PV. TruckBox voltage data will be added in a later version.
The display of the vehicle battery voltage depends on the connection of the data interface. Voltage data is currently supplied by Idem and Krone.

In the administration, the Further information field is displayed as Info and can be created or edited for each vehicle via edit vehicle.
