View event details
- Click on Events.
- Click on the relevant device.
- Click on the date field and select the relevant time period.
- Optional: Click the filter icon to filter the list by specific events. Tick the boxes next to the relevant events and click Filter at the bottom.
- To view details about an event, click Event Details.
- If there is a video of this event, you can watch it here.
To do so, click on the video (1). - You can switch between the two camera views (2).
- To download the video, click on the download icon (3).
Explanation of the diagram below the video

| FWD | Yellow line | X-value of G-force, which measures acceleration and deceleration. |
| LAT | Blue line | Y-value of G-force, which measures movement to the right and left. |
Retrieve videos directly from the dashcam
If an event is set to ‘Event only’ (text) or ‘Image’, no video is automatically available in SPEDIONline. However, if required, you can retrieve videos from the time of such an event directly from the dashcam.
The dashcam is active or in standby mode.
- Click on Events.
- Click on the desired device.
- Click on the date field and select the desired time period.
- Click on Event Details.
- Click on Retrieve video from camera and wait for the video to load.
- Click on the video to play it.
- Optional: Click on Street-facing lens to change the camera angle.
- Optional: Click on Standard Quality to change the quality of the recording.
- Optional: Click on 10 Seconds to change the length of the recording shown.
- Optional: Click on the Download icon to download the video.
