Connection via external trailer telematics is possible without much effort. All that is required is to enable data retrieval via an interface and the assignment of data to trailers.
Michelin - EFFITRAILER
Data is transferred to SPEDION via web service.

Connection to SPEDION
- Contact Michelin to request an interface account for SPEDION.
- Forward the login details for the interface account (email + password) to SPEDION.
- Enter the vehicle identification number of the trailers in SPEDIONline.
SPEDIONline
Ensure that the vehicle has already been created under Administration.
- In SPEDIONline, click on Administration →TPMS.
An overview of all registered vehicles is displayed.
- Optional: Click on Trailers to display all trailers that have been created.
- Click on Edit in the row of the desired vehicle/trailer.
A new view opens.
- Select the manufacturer Michelin.
- Enter the vehicle identification number of the trailer.
- Click Save.
Schmitz Cargobull - TrailerConnect
Data is transferred to SPEDION via web service.

Connection to SPEDION
To connect, SPEDION requires access to the TrailerConnect portal (user name + password).
You must also notify Cargobull Telematics that SPEDION would like to retrieve your data.
Krone
Data is transferred to SPEDION via web service.

Connection to SPEDION
Inform Krone that a data interface to SPEDION should be activated for your company. Also specify that the message field 'externalCustomerIdentification' should be filled with your company name. This helps SPEDION to assign the messages.
Idem telematics
Data is transferred to SPEDION via web service.

Connection to SPEDION
To connect to SPEDION, you must send direct approval (consent to data transfer to SPEDION) to idem telematics.
Trackunit
Data is transferred to SPEDION via web service.

Connection to SPEDION
In the Trackunit Manager Portal, you can generate an API token under Support→API. Forward this API token to SPEDION.
