The following is a list of retrofittable TPM systems that can be connected to SPEDION.

Continental - ContiPressureCheck

Data is transmitted to SPEDION via Bluetooth.
You can find information on the Continental website.

Functionality

  1. The tire sensors are attached to the inside of the tire and measure tire pressure and temperature.
  2. The central control unit (CCU) receives the data from the tire sensors directly or via an additional receiver (Rx).
  3. The central control unit (CCU) transmits the data to the SPEDION App or the TruckBox via Bluetooth using the OBD BT dongle.

ContiPressureCheck threshold values

The threshold values for tire pressure and temperature must be adjusted directly on the ContiPressureCheck system.

Connection to SPEDION

The OBD BT dongle MAC address is required to connect to SPEDION. The MAC address can be found on the label of the OBD BT dongle.

SPEDIONline

Ensure that the vehicle has already been created under Administration.

  1. In SPEDIONline, click on Administration →TPMS.

An overview of all registered vehicles is displayed.

  1. Optional: Click on Trailers to display all trailers that have been created.

  2. Click on Edit in the row of the desired vehicle/trailer.

A new view opens.


4. Select the manufacturer Continental.
5. Enter the MAC address of the OBD BT dongle.
6. Click Save.

Pair Android device with ContiPressureCheck system

Time window for Bluetooth pairing

The ContiPressureCheck system can only be paired with a tablet within a time window of approximately 3 minutes after the ignition is switched on. The ignition must have been switched off for at least 10 seconds beforehand.

Ensure that Bluetooth is enabled on your Android device.

  1. Log in to the SPEDION app with the relevant vehicle.
  2. Wait until the Bluetooth pairing request opens.
  3. Enter the PIN 1234.
  4. Press OK.

Impaqued Products - TPMS for trucks

Data is transferred to SPEDION via Bluetooth.
You can find information on the Impaqed Products website.

Functionality

  1. The tire sensors are attached to the wheels with valve caps and measure tire pressure and temperature.
  2. The receiver receives the data from the tire sensors directly or via a smart booster (amplifier).
  3. The Bluetooth adapter connected to the receiver transmits the data to the SPEDION App.

  1. Install the receiver and connect the Bluetooth adapter. Make a note of the MAC address of the Bluetooth adapter. The MAC address can be found on the label of the Bluetooth adapter.
  2. Optional: Install the Smart Booster.
  3. Make a note of the ID of the tire sensors. The ID is printed on the valve cap. The illustration shows a tire sensor with the ID 041 002 193 152.
  4. Note the axle (e.g., axle2) and position (e.g., right outer tire) of the tire sensors.
  5. Screw the tire sensors onto the tire valves.

Connection to SPEDION

To connect to SPEDION, you need the MAC address of the Impaqued Bluetooth adapter and the position data and ID of the individual tire sensors.

Ensure that the vehicle has already been created under Administration.

  1. In SPEDIONline, click on Administration →TPMS.

An overview of all registered vehicles is displayed.

  1. Optional: Click on the Trailer tab to display all trailers that have been created.
  2. Click on Edit in the row of the desired vehicle/trailer.

A new view opens.

  1. Select the manufacturer Impaqued (1).
  2. Enter the MAC address of the Impaqued Bluetooth adapter (2).
  3. Optional when editing a towing unit: Check the box if you also want to specify tire sensors for a trailer (3).
  4. Click on the question mark (4) to see how to specify the position of the tire sensors.

  1. Specify the axle, position, and ID of the tire sensors (5).
  2. Click on the plus symbol (6) to create a new tire sensor.

The position of the tire sensors is shown in the preview (7).

  1. Click Save.

TireCheck - INTIRE (formerly Alligator)

The INTIRE tire management system has been marketed by TireCheck GmbH since 2019. (Takeover of the sens.it HD tire management system from Alligator)

Data is transferred to SPEDION via web service.
You can find information on the TIRECHECK website.

Functionality

  1. The tire sensors are attached to the rims with Velcro straps and measure tire pressure and temperature.
  2. The router receives the data from the tire sensors and transmits it to the TireCheck web service via an internet connection.
  3. The TireCheck web service transfers the data to SPEDION via an interface.
  4. SPEDION forwards the data to its own systems (e.g., SPEDION App).

Connection to SPEDION

  1. Provide SPEDION with access to your Incenter (INTIRE portal) (username + password).
  2. Enter the vehicle ID of each vehicle in SPEDIONline.

Determine vehicle ID

  1. Log in to Incenter (INTIRE portal) with your access data.
    The Find Vehicle view will be displayed.


2. Click Search.

All registered vehicles will be displayed.

  1. Click on the Table icon at the top of the screen.

A table is being downloaded.

  1. Open the downloaded spreadsheet. All vehicle IDs are listed in the Vehicle ID column of this spreadsheet.

Ensure that the vehicle has already been created under Administration.

  1. In SPEDIONline, click on Administration →TPMS.

An overview of all registered vehicles is displayed.

  1. Optional: Click on Trailers to display all trailers that have been created.
  2. Click on Edit in the row of the desired vehicle/trailer.

A new view opens.


4. Select the manufacturer Alligator.
5. Enter the vehicle ID of the vehicle.
6. Click Save.
