SPEDION App

You can check tire pressure and temperature at any time using the tire information feature in the SPEDION app. The tire information display can be integrated into the departure check.

Open tire information

To open the tire information, press the More functions button on the start screen and then the Tire info button. You can also set the tire information as a favorite on the start screen.

Tire information display

You can choose between the following displays:

  • Pressure at 20°C (bar) (1)
  • Actual pressure (bar) (2)
  • Temperature (°C) (3)

The corresponding value is displayed for each tire (4). The color of the tires allows you to quickly see whether threshold values have been exceeded. The set target value per axle is also displayed (5).

Pay attention to the date displayed at the bottom right (6). This shows you how recent the displayed values are.

Prerequisite for displaying coupled trailers

Trailer tire values are displayed when the trailer has been manually or automatically connected in the SPEDION App.

  • Manual connection is carried out in the SPEDION app via Trailer Management.
  • Automatic connection can be carried out using a SPEDION Trailer Tag BT or a SPEDION Trailer ID Tag.

Fleet module

Fleet overview

In the Vehicle fleet module, you will see the Tire status column in the Fleet overview. This provides initial information about the tire values.

Data currency

Ensure that the tire data is up to date. This is indicated by a colored dot on the tire.

Cockpit

In the Cockpit, you can view all tire values for a vehicle. Open the Cockpit by clicking on the desired vehicle in the Fleet Overview. Then select the Tire Status tab (1) in the Cockpit.

You can choose between the following displays (2):

  • Pressure in bar (at 20°C)
  • Pressure in bar (actual)
  • Temperature in °C

Pay attention to the message time displayed (3). This indicates how up-to-date the values displayed are.
The corresponding value is displayed for each tire (4). The color of the tires allows you to quickly see whether threshold values have been exceeded. If you move the mouse over a tire, further information about the tire is displayed (5).
The set target value per axle is also displayed (6).

Tire Report

The Tire Report allows you to easily check and compare tire status from the SPEDION app. Here you can generate a clear Excel spreadsheet with your desired data. It lists values such as target and actual pressure as well as tire temperature. The pressure and temperature of each tire are also displayed graphically.

Create tire report

You can create tire reports yourself via SPEDIONline or the SPEDION Portal App. To do this, click on the Reports module and select the Tire Report report type.



Select object
You can select the objects for which the tire report is to be created. The followingobjects are available for selection:

  • Vehicles
  • Vehicle groups
  • Trailers


Select period
You can select the period for which the tire report is to be created.



Generate report
When you generate a tire report, an Excel file with various Excel sheets is created. The first Excel sheet provides you with an overview of the tire status of all vehicles. The following Excel sheets list the vehicles individually and display the tire pressures and temperature data as diagrams.
