Maintenance
In order to provide a stable service, regular maintenance work is carried out on our server infrastructure.
Please understand that SPEDION services may be impaired during these periods.
Weekly maintenance interval: every Wednesday 8pm to 10pm
Monthly maintenance interval: every 2nd Sunday of the month 1pm to 5pm
Impairment of SPEDION services
During the maintenance intervals, the following SPEDION services may be impaired:
✓ SPEDIONline (Registration and updating of data)
✓ SPEDION web services not reachable (SimpexWs, StammdatenWsExtern, EcoWsExtern, DriveAndRestTimesWsExtern, ...)
✓ SPEDION App (Registration, sending and receiving messages and tours, updating driving and rest times)
- Avoid using the above-mentioned SPEDION services during the maintenance intervals.
- Save active projects before the maintenance intervals.
