What can I do if there is no FMS connection?

How do I recognise that there is no active FMS connection?
A red FMS symbol can be seen under "Status" on the home screen.


Possible cause
An active Bluetooth connection is required for data exchange between the SPEDION Bluetooth adapter and the Android device. If this connection is not possible, the functionality of the SPEDION App may be impaired and the FMS connection will be displayed as inactive.

Solution: Reactivate Bluetooth connection

  1. On the home screen, select More features.
  2. Swipe from right to left.
  3. Select Tools > Device control.
  4. Check whether "Bluetooth on" is displayed. If not, tap on Bluetooth off to activate Bluetooth.

Bluetooth is activated.
