Options
Various options are available in Document Management to inform your drivers about new documents:

| 1 | Notify of new document | Driver receives a message in the SPEDION App after logging in that new documents are available. Costs: free of charge |
| 2 | Reading confirmation | Function from Option 1 + driver should confirm that he has read and understood the document after opening it. Costs: Fixed price* per read confirmation (per driver and document) |
| 3 | Reading confirmation with signature | Function from Option 1 and 2 + driver should also sign for confirmation Costs: Fixed price* per signature captured |
*The prices are displayed in the document management.
Send notification or request read confirmation
- In the Administration, click on Document Management in the menu bar.
- Click on Edit in the desired line.
- Click on Options.
- Select the desired option.
- Click on Save.
Drivers and vehicles to which this document has been assigned will receive the corresponding notification.
Evaluate read confirmation
If you want to know which driver has already read a document, you can check this via an analysis.
You can also see in the analysis whether the driver has received a notification about the document.
- Click on Edit in the desired line.
- click on Analysis.
- The analysis is downloaded. Open the download folder on your computer.
