General information
Access to files / folders
Access can be restricted as follows. Only one of the 3 options can be set.
Access by...
- an permission group (several drivers and/or vehicles)
- one driver
- one vehicle
-> A file without access restriction is accessible to all SPEDION App (and LUCY App) users who have access to the folder in which the file is contained.

2 | - Only group A can see folder 1 - Only driver A can see file 2. -> Attention! Driver A must be in group A. Otherwise he will not see folder 1 and will not have access to file 2. - Everyone from group A can see file 3. |
Assign file / folder
You can assign individual files and folders:
- In the Administration, click on Document Management in the menu bar.
- Click on Edit in the desired line.
- Click on Assign.
- Select the Group, Vehicle or Driver to which you want to assign the file.
- Click on Save.
Removing the assignment of a permission group
You can remove the assignment of a file/folder again:
- Click on Edit in the desired line.
- Click on Assign.
- Click on No restriction.
- Click on Save.
If the folder containing the file is not assigned to a user group, all SPEDION App (and LUCY App) users will see this file.
