The following settings can only be changed on the dashcam itself and should be adjusted during the setup process:
Changing PINs
The PIN and driver PIN are publicly available in our documentation. To secure access to the dashcam, you should change these PINs for your dashcam.
- Touch the dashcam screen.
- Enter the default administrator PIN: 3333.
- Select Settings.
- Change the default PIN.
- Change the default driver PIN.
- Optional: Change the language.
- Optional: Scroll down to Report real-time camera feed and enable it if required.
Turn live stream notifications on/off.
If this setting is enabled, the driver will receive a visual notification (text on the screen) whenever someone is currently viewing the live video in SPEDIONline.
