Please note that the scope of SPEDION Mobile Control functions (SMC functions) depends on the Knox version of your Samsung device.

First, you need to determine the Knox API level of your Samsung device. The Knox API level is specified in the software information for your device. You can then refer to the following tables to see which features your Samsung device has.

Determine Knox API level

Open the Settings on your device.
Click About Tablet.
Click Software information.

You can see the API level under Knox version.
