Dear SPEDION customers,
this information only concerns devices that have been updated from Android version 12 to Android version 13. Other Android versions and versions of the following applications are not affected.
After an update from Android 12 to Android 13, permissions for the applications CoPilot (only ALK version 9.6) and SPEDION DocScan must be adjusted manually. Unfortunately, these adjustments cannot be made automatically, as we are bound by the specifications of the Android operating software (Android device policy).
Note that the driver can make unwanted changes to the Android device when accessing the device settings.
Note that when using Mobile Control (Samsung KNOX), you must first allow setting changes. You can find more information on this here: Mobile Control.
Instructions for setting the permissions of the CoPilot application (ALK9.6)
- On your Android device, swipe down from the top of the screen.
The quick settings menu opens.
- Tap on the cogwheel icon on the right-hand side.

The permissions are set correctly.
