Reset password

You can reset a driver's password manually.

1. In the Administration, click on the LUCY App logo.
2. Click on Edit in the line of the desired driver.
   
3. Click on the LUCY App tab.

By e-mail

If an e-mail address is stored for the driver, you can reset the password by e-mail.

1. Click on by e-mail.
   

A message to reset the password is sent to the driver's stored e-mail address.

By PDF

1. Click on by PDF.
   
2. A new invitation PDF with a new password will be generated and downloaded. Open your downloads folder.
3. Give the new password to your driver.

After entering the password for the first time, the driver is prompted to change the password.
