To enable your drivers to use the LUCY App, it is necessary to invite them via the SPEDIONline Administration.
Different variants of the invitation:

| Login data | The driver receives an e-mail with the login data. | You will receive the initial login data as a PDF and can pass it on to the driver. |
| Password forgotten | If the driver forgets their password, they can reset it themselves via their e-mail address. | If the driver forgets their password, they must contact a SPEDIONline administrator at your company who can reset the password manually. |
- In the Administration, move the mouse over the LUCY App logo in the menu bar and click on Invite driver.
- Select the desired variant (you can invite one or more drivers at the same time).
- Click on Invite driver.
- Option 1 - Invite single driver:
- Select the desired driver.
- Select by e-mail or by PDF.
- Click on Invite driver.
- Option 2 & 3 - Invite multiple drivers per e-mail / PDF:
- Click on the desired driver on the left under Driver.
- Click on the Arrow to the right.
- When all the desired drivers are on the right under Selected drivers, click on Invite driver.
