If tours or messages are sent to vehicles, drivers cannot see them in the LUCY App by default. A driver assignment is required for these to be displayed in the LUCY App.

There are various options for this:

Show tours via TMS

The prerequisite for this is that your TMS (Transport Management System) can transfer the SPEDION driver PIN or driver card number at tour level. Please enquire about this with your TMS provider.

TMS already tested by SPEDION:

  • Soloplan
  • Translogica

If this requirement is met, please contact the SPEDION project team to set up the interface to your TMS.

Show tours and messages via driver assignment

To display tours and messages, you can also make the assignment manually.

  1. In the Administration, move the mouse over the LUCY App logo in the menu bar and click on Driver assignment.
  2. Click on + New Entry.
  3. Select a vehicle (1).
  4. Select a driver (2).
  5. Select the period for which the assignment should be valid (3).
  6. Click on Save.
