Reset document key

Document key created?

You will be shown under Administration > LUCY App whether the driver has already created a document key. This document key is required to provide the driver with encrypted documents via document management.

Reset the document key

You can reset the driver's document key if the driver has forgotten the key.

1. In the Administration, click on the LUCY App logo.
2. Click on Edit in the line of the desired driver.
   
3. Click on the LUCY App tab.
4. Click on Reset document key.
