New tour available
As soon as a new tour is available, this will be displayed on the home screen of the SPEDION App and under Tours.
Your client can make changes to tour stops. These changes can affect the quantity or weight of the freight, the contents, the loading equipment, the loading metres or even the address of the tour stop.
These changes are highlighted in green in the tour overview. You will also find a warning symbol on the right-hand side. Active stops are highlighted in orange.
Accept or reject tour
If configured accordingly, you will be given the option of accepting or rejecting a new tour.
Select Accept or Reject.
If you have accepted a tour, you can then continue with activating the tour as usual. If you reject a tour, it will be deleted from your tour window.
Activate first stop
After you have received and accepted a tour, you must activate the stop.
- Select the desired tour.
- Select Activate.
