In the Tours section, you can create, edit, and search for tours.
You can also send created tours to a vehicle's SPEDION app.

You can also create tours in the Orders section: Create tours and invoices
- Click on the plus symbol.
Alternatively: Press SHIFT + T.
The New Tour view opens.

- Select the vehicle that will drive the tour. (1)
- Select the driver who will drive the tour. (2)
- Select one or more orders (3) to be included in the tour. If no orders are available, no orders have been created or all orders have already been assigned to tours.
- Optional: Change the order of the orders. To do this, click on Orders under Edit order (4). Click on the orange arrows (7) on the right-hand side of the list to move the stops using drag and drop.
- Optional: Change the order of the stops. To do this, click on Stops under Edit order (4). Click on the orange arrows on the left under Edit order to move the orders using drag and drop.
- Optional: Choose whether identical stops should be merged into one stop in the app. (5)
- Optional: Adjust the times of the individual stops retrospectively (6)
- Click on Save. (8)
Search tour
You can search for specific tours.
- Enter a search term (1) and/or select from additional filter options (2)(3)(4).
- Click on the magnifying glass icon.
Alternatively: Press Enter. - Optional: To reset the filter, click on the filter icon.

Open overview
- Click on the line for the desired tour in the overview.
Click on the line for the desired tour.
You can click anywhere in the row, except on the box in the first column. Use this box to select the tours.
The tour overview opens.

Close overview

- Click on the cross icon.
Send tour to app

- Click on the arrow icon (Send to App).
Edit tour
Edit a tour that has already been sent
If you edit a tour after you have already sent it to the app, you must manually send the tour to the app again. Otherwise, the tour will not be updated in the app.

- Click on the pencil icon (edit).
The editing screen for the tour opens. - Make the desired changes.
- Click Update to save the changes.
Delete tour

- Click on the trash can icon (Delete).
- Confirm that you really want to delete the tour.
Alternatively:
- Select the tours you want to delete by clicking on the square icon in the first column.
An overview opens on the right.

- Click Delete.
- Confirm that you really want to delete the tours.
Get information about the tour
Main overview
The main overview of the Tours section serves as the primary source of information.

| Id | Here you can see the tour name and the date the tour was created |
| Vehicle | Here you can see the vehicle to which the tour is/was assigned |
| Driver | Here you can see the driver who is/was assigned to the tour |
| Start | Here you can see when the tour starts/has started |
| End | Here you can see when the tour ends/has ended |
| Transmitted stops | Here you can see the individual stops on the tour, that have been transmitted to the app |
| Status | Here you can see the status of the tour: Gray = Tour has not yet been received by the app Yellow = The tour is being processed by the driver Green = The entire tour has been completed by the driver |
| Info | An exclamation mark will appear here if the tour has not yet been sent to the app or if changes have been made to the tour that still need to be sent to the app. Further information on this will be displayed on the right-hand side of the tour overview when you click on the tour. |
Tour overview
- Click on the line of the desired tour.
The tour overview opens on the right.

View tour history
- In the tour overview, click on Open history under Additional information.
The tour route is expanded in the view.
