Set columns
You will find columns for structuring in almost all SPEDIONline windows. The handling of these columns is the same within SPEDIONline and is therefore described below as an example.
Please note that all changes to columns are lost when you log out of SPEDIONline. Changes are not saved automatically.
You can save changes to columns under Settings > General > View (see also Save or reset view).
Set column width:
Click and hold the edge of the column and drag the column to the desired width.
Sort within a column:
1. Move the mouse over the desired column and click on the arrow.
2. Click on Sort Ascending or Sort Descending.
Show and hide columns:
1. Move the mouse over the desired column and click on the arrow.
2. Click on Columns.
3. Tick or untick the appropriate boxes in front of the columns as required.
Change column template
- Click on the Column icon.
- Click on the desired column template.
Create new column template
- Set all columns as required.
- Click on the Column icon.
- Click on Create new column template.
- Enter a name for the template.
- Click on Save.
Rename column template
- Click on the Column icon.
- Click on Edit column templates.
- Click on the name of the corresponding column template and enter a new name.
Delete column template
- Click on the Column icon.
- Click on Edit column templates.
- Click on the Delete icon.
