Standardised procedure - example vehicles
Working with groups is standardised in SPEDIONline and is described here using vehicles as an example.
The procedure is the same for the assignment of vehicles / vehicle groups, drivers / driver groups and users.
Add vehicle
- Click on Edit in the line of the desired group.
- Click on the desired vehicle on the left under Vehicles (2).
Alternatively: Search for the desired vehicle (1). - Click on the Arrow to the right (3).
- When you have added all the desired vehicles, click on Save.
Remove vehicle
- Click on Edit in the line of the desired group.
- Click on the desired vehicle on the right under Selected vehicles (4).
Alternatively: Search for the desired vehicle. - Click on the Arrow to the left (5).
- When you have removed all the desired vehicles, click on Save.
Add user
While editing the group, you can add users who should see the group in SPEDIONline.
- Click on the desired user on the left under Users.
Alternatively: Search for the desired user. - Click on the Arrow to the right.
- When you have added all the desired users, click on Save.
Remove user
- Click on the desired user on the right under Selected users.
Alternatively: Search for the desired user. - Click on the Arrow to the left.
- When you have removed all the desired users, click on Save.
Delete group
- Click on Delete in the line of the desired group.
- Confirm the deletion with Ok.
