ECO report

The ECO report allows you to easily check and compare the ECO data transmitted by the SPEDION App or the TruckBox E.

Here you can compare drivers or groups with each other and evaluate them according to various criteria, such as driving behaviour, fuel consumption, engine data, etc.

The report can be created for both vehicles and drivers.

Fuel report

The fuel report allows you to easily check and compare the refuelling data transmitted by the SPEDION App.

In the Excel table, you can see values such as tank level, number of refuellings, consumption and average values for the desired vehicles. It is listed if there are anomalies in the refuelling quantity of a vehicle.

Mileage report

The mileage report allows you to easily check and compare the tank and mileage data transmitted by the SPEDION App.

In the Excel table, you can see values such as tank level, consumption, CO2 emissions and average values for the desired vehicles.

Extended mileage report

In the extended mileage report, you will find data such as the kilometres or total consumption broken down by start and end time as well as cumulative times for driving, loading, resting, etc.

When you generate the report, an Excel file with various Excel sheets is created.
The first Excel sheet provides you with an overview of all vehicles. On the other Excel sheets, the vehicles are listed individually and further details per status are listed.

Mileage daily report

In the mileage daily report, you will find refuelling and mileage data from the SPEDION App broken down by individual days.

Temperature report

The temperature report allows you to easily check and compare the temperature data transmitted by the SPEDION App.

The temperature data for each selected vehicle is listed and graphically displayed in the Excel table.

Tire report

The tire report allows you to easily check and compare the tire status transmitted by the SPEDION App.

Values such as target and actual pressure and tire temperature are listed in the Excel table.

When you generate the report, an Excel file with various Excel sheets is created.
The first Excel sheet provides you with an overview of the tire status of all vehicles. On the other Excel sheets, the vehicles are listed individually and the tire pressures and temperature data are displayed as diagrams.

Vehicle data report

The vehicle data report allows you to easily check the individual messages of a vehicle transmitted by the SPEDION App or TruckBox E.

When you generate the report, an Excel file with various Excel sheets is created.
The first Excel sheet provides you with an overview of all vehicles. On the other Excel sheets, the vehicles are listed individually and the individual messages are listed with additional information.

Driver activity report

The driver activity report allows you to easily check a driver's activities transmitted by the SPEDION App.

When you generate the report, an Excel file with various Excel sheets is created.
The first Excel sheet provides you with an overview of all drivers. On the other Excel sheets, the drivers are listed individually and the respective activities are listed with additional information. For each driver, you will find another Excel sheet with additional data, where, for example, border crossings are listed.
