The procedure is the same for all reports and is described here using an example.
The respective selection options depend on the selected report type and can therefore be different.
- Click on Reports in the menu bar.
- Select the desired report type (1).
- Only for ECO report: Select whether the report is to be created for vehicles or drivers (2).
- Select the objects (depending on the selected report type) for which the report is to be created.
- Option 1: Here you can select all vehicles/trailers/drivers (depending on the selected report type) (1)
- Option 2 - Example vehicle groups: Click on Vehicle Groups. Select the desired groups (2) and click on the Arrow to the right (3).
- Select the time period for which the report is to be created.
- Option 1: Select a predefined time period (1).
- Option 2: Enter the desired start and end date/time (2).
- Click on Generate report.
An Excel file is generated and downloaded to your PC.
