If a dashcam is left in storage, the battery will run completely flat. Before using the dashcam, you must charge it for a prolonged period using a power source rated at at least 2 amps before switching it on.
Make sure your vehicle is parked, the handbrake is on, the ignition is switched on and the door is closed.
- Loosen the screw at the junction between the mount and the dashcam housing.
- Press the dashcam screen.
- Enter the default PIN 3333.
- Select Live View.
- Use the arrows (1) to switch between the two lenses. Use the views to position the dashcam.

- Hold the dashcam and the windscreen mount in the intended mounting position without removing the adhesive tape.
- Adjust the viewing angles of both lenses by rotating the dashcam housing.
Please note the following:
To use the advanced driver-assistance system (ADAS), the dashcam must be mounted at least 1 metre above the ground.
In some countries, there are regulations that prohibit or restrict the attachment of objects to the windscreen. Please ensure you comply with the relevant laws.
- Position the dashcam as high as possible on the driver's side of the vehicle.
- There must be a clear view of the road.
- There must be a clear view of the driver's upper body.

- The driver’s field of vision must be unobstructed and must not be blocked by the dashcam.
- The windscreen in front of the dashcam must be within the range of the windscreen wipers. The lens facing the road must not be obscured by rain or snow.
- The lenses facing the road and the driver’s cab are unobstructed and are not covered by a sun visor, blind, mirror, etc.

Can’t see the driver’s upper body clearly?
Mount the dashcam below the rear-view mirror, as high up as possible without obstructing the dashcam’s view of the driver.
- Once you have finished, tighten the screw at the junction between the mount and the dashcam. Once the screw is tightened, the two lenses will be securely in place.
- Mark the edges of the mount on the windscreen using a wipe-off pen.
- Clean and degrease the windscreen. We recommend using the cleaning wipes supplied.
- Remove the dashcam from the mount.
- Peel off the protective film from the 3M adhesive tape and attach the mount to the windscreen.
- After ten minutes, reinsert the dashcam into the mount.
- Route the power cable from the connection point along the A-pillar to the mounting area.
Make sure that neither the cable nor the way you have installed the dashcam can interfere with the normal operation of the airbags or the pedals.
Ensure that the cable does not come into contact with sharp edges or moving parts and cannot become trapped in the door frame.
- Start the vehicle and check that the dashcam switches on to ensure that it has been installed correctly.
