Message templates

Message templates are displayed to drivers in the SPEDION app under Messages -> Use template.
You can create message templates in different languages here.

Prerequisite:

You have activated Message templates in the vehicle configuration and saved this.

Create new message template

1. Click on the Message templates tab.
2. Enter the text you wish to use as a message template in the Message field.
   
3. Click Add.
4. Click Save.

The driver must log out and then log back in to the SPEDION App in order to view new message templates or any changes.

Add a translation for the message template

1. Click on Translate in the row of the message template you wish to translate.
   
2. Click on New translation.
   
3. Select the language.
   
4. Enter the translation for the selected language.
5. To add further translations, repeat steps 2 to 4.
6. Once you have entered all the translations you require, click Apply.
7. Click Save.

Edit translation

1. Click on Translate in the row containing the translation you want, or click on the country flags.
2. Make the required changes.
3. Click Apply.
4. Click Save.
