Drivers must first be created in the SPEDIONline Administration before they can log on to a vehicle in the SPEDION App.
- In the Administration, click on Drivers in the menu bar.
- Click on + Add Driver.
- Enter a driver PIN for the driver.
The driver logs into the SPEDION App with this PIN.
Recommendation
The driver PIN should be the personnel number or the number from your TMS.
- Enter the driver's first name.
- Enter the driver's last name.
- You can enter the following data optionally:
- Info (free text field for information about the driver)
- Recommended: Driver card number
- Driving licence number
- Driving licence NFC tag number
- Company branch
- Personnel number
- Cost centre
- Driver card expiry date
- Entry date
- Leaving date
- Recommended: Language
- Optional: Select one or more driver groups to which the driver should be added.
No driver group specified
If you do not move a driver group to the Selected driver groups field, only users who have been assigned the (alle) driver group will see this driver.
Further information on assigning driver groups
- Click on Save to create the driver.
