The navigation licence overview and its functions are currently not available.
To view the navigation licence overview, the SPEDIONline user requires the following user rights: Navigation License Overview
Overview
Tables and filters
- Click on Navigation licences overview (1) in the menu bar on the left.
- At the top left you can switch the view between different navigation providers (2).
- Under Overview you will find the Licence types (3), according to which you can filter.
Here you can see how many active (Active licences), free (Free licences), soon-to-expire (Valid < 30 days) and expired licences (Expired) you currently have for each licence type.
The active licences include active, free and expired licences.
- You can find all the details about the individual vehicles under Vehicle overview.
- To filter the list by different statuses, click on All (4) and select the desired status.
There may be discrepancies in the total amount of licences after licences have been moved from one vehicle to a new vehicle.
Display of ALK licences
Please note that with ALK (1) the Truck and Active Traffic licences belong together and are displayed together accordingly.

| Renewed | Renewed licence: Same product with the same device ID; currently valid licence after an expired licence has been renewed |
Book new navigation licences
If licences expire in the next 30 days, check whether there are still enough free licences available.
If you do not have enough free licences to make up for licences that are about to expire, you can book new licences by e-mail for a fee.
The following information is required to book licences for a fee:
- Company name + name of the contact person in your company
- Number of licences
- Type of licences (1 year navigation with traffic OR 1 year traffic only)
