Give your client access to your vehicles
1. Create authorisation group
Before you assign vehicles to main contractors, you must create at least one authorisation group.
In a later version of SPEDIONline, authorisation groups can be used to release certain content for your main contractors (e.g. driving and rest times).
At the moment, no further content can be released via authorisation groups.
- In the Administration, move the mouse over Main- / Subcontractor in the menu bar and click on Authorisation groups.
- Enter a name for the group in the Group name field.
- Click on Add new group.
2. Open Main contractor management
- In the Administration, move the mouse over Main- / Subcontractor in the menu bar and click on Main contractor.
- Click on Edit in the line of the desired customer.

---|---|---|
1 | Explanation | Here you will find an explanation of the coloured lines under Assigned vehicles. |
2 | Assign | Select vehicles and assign them to the main contractor. |
