What needs to be considered when using the SPEDION App to ensure correct expense reporting?
Logging in to the SPEDION App
When do you need to log in to the SPEDION App?
- Before each tour/shift begins
- For tours lasting several days or tours that require an overnight stay away from your home until the tour is completely finished and the vehicle can be left at the depot or your home address.
Logging out of the SPEDION app
When do you need to log out of the SPEDION App?
- After each tour/shift ends
- If the vehicle is parked overnight and you are staying overnight at your own home.
Alternatively, if no Android device is available:
- Insert driver card before each tour/shift begins.
- Remove driver card after each tour/shift, before switching off the ignition.
Example tour with one overnight stay:
