Standardised procedure - example vehicles

Working with groups is standardised in SPEDIONline and is described here using vehicles as an example.
The procedure is the same for the assignment of vehicles / vehicle groups, drivers / driver groups and users.

Add vehicle

  1. Click on Edit in the line of the desired group.
  2. Click on the desired vehicle on the left under Vehicles (2).
    Alternatively: Search for the desired vehicle (1).
  3. Click on the Arrow to the right (3).
  4. When you have added all the desired vehicles, click on Save.

Remove vehicle

  1. Click on Edit in the line of the desired group.
  2. Click on the desired vehicle on the right under Selected vehicles (4).
    Alternatively: Search for the desired vehicle.
  3. Click on the Arrow to the left (5).
  4. When you have removed all the desired vehicles, click on Save.

Add user

While editing the group, you can add users who should see the group in SPEDIONline.

  1. Click on the desired user on the left under Users.
    Alternatively: Search for the desired user.
  2. Click on the Arrow to the right.
  3. When you have added all the desired users, click on Save.

Remove user

  1. Click on the desired user on the right under Selected users.
    Alternatively: Search for the desired user.
  2. Click on the Arrow to the left.
  3. When you have removed all the desired users, click on Save.

Delete group

  1. Click on Delete in the line of the desired group.
  2. Confirm the deletion with Ok.
