Set up
Create vehicle (trailer/object)
- Open SPEDIONline.
- Click on Administration.
- Click on Vehicles (or Trailers/Objects).
- Click on Create vehicle (or Create trailers/objects).
- Enter the PIN for the desired vehicle/trailer in the Vehicle PIN (or Trailer/Object PIN) field. You will then see this PIN in SPEDIONline.
- Click on Continue.
TinyBox WP BT zuweisen
- Click on Devices.
- Assign the desired TinyBox WP BT to the vehicle by clicking on Install (1).
Make sure that the serial number displayed matches the serial number shown on the label of the TinyBox WP BT.
The selected TinyBox WP BT is displayed under Installed Devices.
- Click Save.
Install
Notes
In the event of loss, damage (including damage to or shortening of the cable set), loss of the return shipment, or loss of the SIM card, a fee of €300.00 will be charged for each SPEDION TinyBox WP BT affected.
Ensure that the thread on the TinyBox WP BT cable guide is tight and secure.
If you want to pair the TinyBox WP BT with an Android device, mount the TinyBox WP BT at a maximum distance of 4 meters from the Android device.
Secure the TinyBox WP BT with cable ties.

The cable set must not be shortened under any circumstances.
No adhesives or sealants may be used.
The cable guide on the box must be installed facing down or horizontally. The cable guide must not face upwards.
Mounting position
We recommend installing the TinyBox WP BT in the cable box on the front wall of the trailer. Make sure to install the TinyBox WP BT as far forward as possible, close to the tractor unit. The TinyBox WP BT can be secured there using cable ties.


Attach TinyBox WP BT
Secure the TinyBox WP BT in the cable box as shown in the following pictures. Use cable ties for this.
The cable guide on the box must be installed facing down or horizontally. The cable guide must not face upwards.
Connect
Electrical devices may only be installed and assembled by qualified electricians.
Improper installation may result in injury, e.g., from electric shock, fire, or property damage. Read and follow the instructions carefully.
Connect the TinyBox WP BT to the vehicle/trailer as shown in the illustration.
The connection to the ignition is optional and is only required if you want to transmit the ignition signal.

Check
The TinyBox WP BT is powered.
- Check whether the two LEDs (Navigate LED and Status LED) on the TinyBox WP BT are flashing.

You have connected the TinyBox WP BT correctly.
- Open SPEDIONline or the SPEDION Portal App.
- Check whether the vehicle is displayed on the map with a marker and a green dot.
