InTruck Payment

The InTruck Payment function allows you to pay directly at the petrol pump via the SPEDION App.

Set up for your company

To use this function, a fuel card for the corresponding vehicle must be stored in SPEDIONline.

1. Open SPEDIONline at https://portal.spedion.de/.
2. Click on Administration in the menu bar .
3. Click on InTruck Payment.
4. Click on Assign fuel card.
5. Select the relevant provider of the fuel card.
6. Enter the card number.
7. Enter the PIN of the fuel card.
8. Select the desired vehicle.
9. Click on Save.

Install

To use the SPEDION App for the first time, you must install an update.

1. Log out as a driver and log in again.
2. Install the displayed update.
3. There may be other updates available that are required. Install these manually.

Use InTruck Payment

You are at the desired petrol station.

The SPEDION App has an Internet, GPS and FMS connection. You can recognise this on the home screen by the green symbols under Status.

1. On the home screen, select More features > InTruck Payment.
   

2. Select the petrol station where you are currently located.
   

3. Required when refuelling for the first time: Select Allow.
   

4. Wait until the screen changes. If the screen does not change after one minute, press the back button on your Android device and select the petrol station again.

5. Select Start refuelling.
   

6. Required when refuelling for the first time: Tick the box in front of the terms of use and select Next..
   

7. Select the petrol pump.
   

8. Wait until the app shows that the petrol pump is ready.
   

9. Refuel your vehicle.

10. Re-attach the petrol nozzle.

11. Required when refuelling for the first time: Tick the box in front of the terms of use and select Next..

12. Select Pay securely now.
    

13. Select Done. You can continue your journey.
