Via the SingleTour, tours can be passed on to subcontractors who are not SPEDION customers, and then processed by them.
In SPEDIONline, a tour can be specified as a SingleTour and the login data can be sent to a driver as an SMS.
SPEDION App
If the driver has not yet installed the SPEDION App on the receiving device, the link in the SMS opens a web page with instructions, otherwise the SPEDION App is started directly with the received tour.
-> After installing the SPEDION app, the driver can log in with the tour number and password and work through the tour.
Create single tour
To create a single tour, proceed as follows
- in the Tour overview(1) module, select the desired tour from the List(2) that you want to send as a single tour.
- select Single Tour(3); a new window will open.
- in the tour window, you can select which driver you want to send the tour to. Here you can enter the phone number and/or Email(4) of the desired driver and select a language(5) for them.
- use Send SMS/Email(6) to send the driver the tour.
