Installation of GPS/GSM antenna
Observe the following points when installing the GPS/GSM antenna:
- Follow the manufacturer's enclosed instructions.
- When installing the antenna, make sure that the antenna has a clear view of the sky.
- If the vehicle has a metal roof, the antenna must not be fitted in the DIN slot under the roof.
- The antenna has an upper and lower side. The logo shown on the antenna must point towards the sky after installation.
- Install the antenna horizontally. A maximum inclination of 45 degrees is possible.
- Attach the GPS/GSM antenna in the driver's cab.
- Connect FAKRA C (blue) of the antenna to the GNSS connection of the TruckBox E.
- Connect FAKRA D (bordeaux) to the MAIN connection of the TruckBox E.
