Bluetooth
Problem
Bluetooth enabled
Cause
Bluetooth is switched off or not available.
Solution
- Check if you have activated the Bluetooth function on your Android device.
- Alternatively: Restart your Android device to reset the Bluetooth receiver.
Problem
Bluetooth configuration
Cause
When the vehicle was created in SPEDIONline Administration, no or an incorrect TruckBox E was saved for this vehicle.
Solution
First check if a MAC address is shown in the diagnosis.
The MAC address shown in the diagnosis corresponds to the MAC address of the TruckBox E that was saved in the SPEDIONline Administration for this vehicle. The MAC address found in the Bluetooth search is that of the actually connected TruckBox E. This must match the MAC address in the diagnosis.
Check if the MAC address in the diagnosis matches the one on the device's accompanying document. Alternatively, you can also find the serial number and MAC address on the TruckBox E.
Check in SPEDIONline Administration if the correct TruckBox E is saved for this vehicle. If no TruckBox E or the wrong TruckBox E is displayed in the diagnosis for the vehicle, enter the TruckBox E that is installed in this vehicle.
Log out and log back in to the SPEDION App and make sure that the Bluetooth connection is still active.
Problem
Bluetooth connection
Cause
You are not connected to the correct TruckBox E
Solution
Make sure that you have coupled to the TruckBox E that is installed in your vehicle and saved in SPEDIONline for your vehicle.

No current FMS values are transmitted.
Solution
- Make sure that an FMS interface is available.
- Make sure that the FMS interface is enabled.
- Make sure that the FMS interface is not already being used by another system.
- Make sure that the TruckBox E is correctly wired.
D8
Problem
Current D8 Values
Cause
No current D8 values are transmitted.
Solution
If you have not connected D8, ignore this display.
If you have connected D8 and the problem occurs, check if you have assigned the correct function to the cable. Go to the Bluetooth scan and select Show Config.
Optional: Select the correct function of the D8 cable by importing a new DTCO Config and changing the TruckBox E settings.
The specification of the tachograph manufacturer determines how the D8 signal is interpreted. The manufacturers Stoneridge and VDO interpret the D8 signal differently.
If you have selected the wrong tachograph manufacturer, this may also be a reason for the red dot in the diagnosis.
Please note that Stoneridge tachographs must always operate in SRE mode.

Problem
Remote Download - driver card 1
Cause
The required authentication is missing for the Remote Download.
Solution
The Remote Download is only enabled once the correct SPEDION company card has been integrated. Otherwise the required authentication is missing.
As long as authentication has not taken place, the following dots of the diagnosis will not turn green.
- Make sure that a company card has been sent to SPEDION and has already been saved there.
- Make sure that no company or workshop card is inserted in the digital tachograph.
- Make sure that you have an active Internet connection.
- Make sure that the company card is assigned to the vehicle.
Problem
Remote Download - driver card 1
Cause
The Remote Download of the driver card has failed.
Solution
Make sure that you have inserted a driver card.
If no driver card is inserted, the TruckBox E will still attempt to download data from the driver card at regular intervals.
After 3 unsuccessful attempts, the system recognises that no driver card is inserted and proceeds to download the mass data.
Problem
Remote Download - vehicle data
Cause
No vehicle and mass data is currently being downloaded.
Solution
The vehicle and mass data are read from the digital tachograph.
This download restarts automatically at regular intervals. The colour therefore changes from red to green at regular intervals.
